Coco and I spent an overnight at P's. It was the perfect inspiration I needed to think about health. L joined us at a great Indian restaurant, walked the dogs many times, played with P's computer, ate noodles and a vietnamese coffee, and watched P's new HDTV, with so many channels, and of course laughed ridulously at nothing.
