I wake up to a song, and then I go and play it and I feel at peace. A few days ago it was "Bleeding Love", ( I was agitated and upset), this morning it was "No One". The lyrics in my head were, "I Don't Worry Cause Everything's gonna be Allright, No One, No One ...".(Resolved and ready to move on from work stuff).
I guess that's what happens when you wake up naturally and are in tune with yourself. So far so good, there is movement and understanding.
